What's up with the name...groms?!

  grom (grommet) noun

- surfer/skater/snowboarder under the age of 16.

       Groms is a store for the next generation of shredders, taste-makers and all round cool kids.  It's a local board shop providing "surf skate snow" lifestyle to kids.  Born in a little place called Simcoe in Ontario, Canada in May 2009 Groms is the "kid brother" of Harry's.  It is a specialty store run by folks who think kids are the coolest.

       Our Mission is to offer outstanding products, shopping experience and value. To support our community through initiatives geared toward youth.  Our goal is to positively impact kids everyday and celebrate and encourage them.  To authentically represent the action sports culture and to be an ambassador for youth everywhere.

At Groms we're part of a revolution called the youth movement.
